Prepare for an inspiring and energetic two-day event in Croydon, celebrating Cultural Resistance and supporting Outubro Rosa | Breast Cancer Awareness 🎀. From October 17th to 18th, 2025, immerse yourself in a rich program designed for all ages and skill levels.
What to Expect:
Day 1: Friday, October 17th at The Shoestring Theatre (Oakley Rd, London SE25 4XG)
- 5:00–6:00 PM: Kids Class
- 7:00 PM: Opening Remarks: Gratitude & Purpose of the Event with Caline (Professora Areia)
- 7:30 PM: Theoretical Workshop
- 7:45–8:15 PM: Capoeira Workshop with Professor Molinha
- 8:15–9:00 PM: Capoeira Roda
Day 2: Saturday, October 18th at (2 Morland Rd, Croydon CR0 6NA)
- 11:30 AM: Registration
- 12:00 PM: Official Opening & Introduction of Guests
- 12:15 PM: Postural Awareness: Unlocking Old Patterns & Capoeira Workshop with Contra-Mestra Cris
- 1:30 PM: Music Workshop & Roda
- 2:00 PM: Drumming & Samba Reggae Workshop with Mac Dendê Nation
- 2:45 PM: Afro Samba Reggae Workshop with Professor Adriano

- 3:45–4:40 PM: Kids Workshop & Kids Graduations
- 4:45–5:45 PM: Capoeira Workshop with Mestre Hiram
