Friday (17/10):

• Professor Zumbi (Leeds) – theoretical talk on the history and cultural traditions of Capoeira.

• Professor Mola – full workshop on Capoeira sequences and movements.

• Capoeira Roda
  👧 Kids: 4:30 – 6:00 PM
  👨‍🦱 Adults: 7:00 – 10:00 PM

Saturday (18/10):

• Stretch session with Contramestra Cris

• Afro Samba Reggae with Professor Adriano

• Full Capoeira workshop with our beloved Master Hiram Ribeiro
